HEARD is intended for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss who want an over-the-counter hearing solution without a prescription.
Do I need a hearing test or appointment?
No. HEARD can be purchased directly without a prescription, clinic visit, or professional fitting. The hearing test is available as guidance.
Do I need a phone or app?
No. Volume and listening settings are adjusted directly on the hearing aids.
How long does the battery last?
Hearing aids last 18 hours on a full charge. The charging case can recharge the hearing aids up to 6 times without being plugged in.
What happens if HEARD is not right for me?
You can return your hearing aids within the 45-day trial period according to the return policy. To initiate such a return please contact us.
